Privacy Policy
FeedCent Beta uses a local-first mobile app and a private tester portal. This page summarizes what data is handled during the beta period.
Mobile app data
The FeedCent mobile app does not require a FeedCent account to run. Farm profile settings, recipes, ingredient prices, nutrient selections, optimization results, and generated report data are stored on the tester's device unless the tester exports or shares them.
The app includes starter reference data for testing. Testers remain responsible for checking calculations against their own feed data, nutrient standards, and production conditions before practical use.
Beta portal data
The beta portal stores the information needed to operate the private test program: tester accounts, preferred language, role and account status, release download logs, iOS TestFlight request details, feedback messages, attachments, support replies, and audit/security logs.
Android release files and feedback attachments are stored in private Azure Blob Storage. The portal grants access only to authenticated users and opens files through short-lived links.
TestFlight and Apple
iOS beta builds are distributed by Apple TestFlight, not by this portal. Apple may process TestFlight invitation, installation, crash, and tester feedback information under Apple's own terms and privacy policies.
Email and support
The portal may send account invitations, password resets, release announcements, and support replies using FeedCent beta email settings. Registered testers should use the portal feedback form for bug reports, screenshots, and follow-up details.

Retention and access
Beta records are kept while needed to operate the beta, support testers, investigate issues, and audit access. Access is limited to the tester who created the feedback and FeedCent administrators who operate the beta portal.
